AI solutions for applications, claims and cases

InnolyticAI builds AI capabilities for organisations that handle applications, claims and cases at volume: document OCR, document checks, chatbots, case summaries, recommendations, approval automation, similarity search, fraud and anomaly detection, and management insights. Each one keeps people in charge of decisions and records where every result came from.

What we build

  • AI OCR

Reads scanned forms, photos and PDFs and turns them into structured data such as names, ID numbers, dates and amounts. Each field keeps a confidence score and a link to its source, so officers only check the uncertain ones.

  • Document intelligence

Sorts documents by type, flags blurred, incomplete or wrong pages and translates where needed. It cross-checks names, IDs, dates and employers across documents, so corrections are requested before a case moves on.

  • AI chatbot

Answers applicants and staff on eligibility, procedures and policy from your approved documents, with sources shown. Where permitted it checks case status through secure APIs and hands complex questions to a person.

  • AI summarisation

Condenses long case histories, notes and correspondence into a short summary: background, actions taken, current status and open issues. Every point links back to its source record.

  • AI recommendation

Suggests the next step for a case, such as a missing document, an extra check or a routing change, with the reason and supporting data. The final decision stays with the approving officer.

  • Approval automation

Runs eligibility rules, document checks and calculations so straightforward cases go straight through. Anything that fails a rule or looks risky goes to an officer, and every outcome records the rule version and inputs.

  • Similarity search

Finds similar or duplicate applications, documents and claims even when the wording differs, using fuzzy and meaning-based matching. Matches are ranked with their evidence for an officer to confirm.

  • Fraud risk detection

Combines rules, statistics and models to spot warning signs such as conflicting declarations, reused documents or duplicate claims. High-risk cases are flagged for review with the evidence. A flag means check, not proof.

  • Anomaly detection

Watches submissions, claim values, processing times and logins for unusual patterns against normal baselines, allowing for seasonal peaks. Alerts come with severity and evidence, and feedback tunes them over time.

  • AI insights

Turns application and operations data into dashboards that show trends, bottlenecks, workload gaps and missed service levels, with plain-language explanations. Every metric has a clear definition and source.

Common questions

What does AI do in case processing?

It reads, checks, summarises and flags case information so staff spend their time on decisions instead of data entry. People still approve the outcome.

Do these replace officers?

No. They prepare, check and flag work. Approvals stay with authorised staff, and every automated result can be traced back to its inputs.

Are these part of the PERKESO case study?

No. The PERKESO case study covers workflow automation. These AI capabilities are scoped separately for each project.

How is personal data protected?

Hosting, access, masking and retention are agreed during scoping and follow the Personal Data Protection Act and your own policies.
