Yes. InnolyticAI is the trading name of Innolytic Technologies Sdn Bhd, based in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor. Company registration details are available on request.

How does the website chatbot work?

The chatbot is an AI assistant. It answers only from the content of this website, says it is an AI, and offers a person when it is not sure. It never states prices.

Where does chat text go?

Chat messages are sent to the AI provider Innolytic has selected, which may process them outside Malaysia. Chat text is stored on our side only if you tick the option to save the chat, and it is deleted after a set retention period.

Where is data stored?

This website runs on Cloudflare. Enquiries and saved chats are kept in a Cloudflare database in the Asia-Pacific region and are only visible to the Innolytic team.

How do I ask for my data to be deleted?

Email the team to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. The privacy notice explains the details.

Common questions

Does the chatbot remember me?

Only within your visit. Nothing is kept after that unless you choose to save the chat for the team.

Do you sell my data?

No. Enquiry details are used only to reply to you and prepare a quotation.
