This notice explains what personal data Innolytic Technologies Sdn Bhd collects through this website and chatbot, why, how long it is kept and how to access or delete it. It is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.
What data do we collect?
When you use the contact form or leave details in the chatbot, we collect your name, email, and optionally your phone number, company and message. We record the date you gave consent.
When you use the chatbot, your messages are processed to produce a reply. Chat text is stored only if you agree.
Why do we use it?
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up about it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Does chat text leave Malaysia?
Yes. Chat messages are sent to the AI provider selected by Innolytic, which may process them outside Malaysia. The provider is named in the chatbot notice.
How long do we keep it?
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a limited period after. Stored chat text is deleted automatically after the retention period set by Innolytic.
How do I access or delete my data?
Email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. We respond within the time required by law.
